Poulenc’s Quatre motets pour le temps de Noël and Hieronymus Praetorius’s Christmas Magnificat sit alongside Roderick Williams’s haunting O Adonai, Jan Sandström’s Es ist ein Ros’ entsprungen, and a selection of beautiful arrangements that tell us that Christmas has truly begun. The Choir joins the local Bavo Cantorij and their director Sanne Nieuwenhuijsen for some joint items.
